Multiplicity Fleet Support Division

We build it.
We support it.

Specialized repair, replacement, diagnostics and mobile response for police, federal, K-9, command and select public-safety vehicles.

The same team that understands the vehicle from the harness to the hardware is prepared to keep it mission-ready after delivery.

Emergency and field response is coordinated by phone and is subject to technician, parts and site availability.

The support advantage

Support is not an afterthought. It is a dedicated vertical.

When a vehicle leaves our build floor, our responsibility does not end. Multiplicity Fleet Services is built around the equipment, wiring, programming and hardware used in modern law-enforcement and federal vehicles.

That integrated knowledge allows our team to diagnose the complete vehicle system, isolate the actual failure point, repair or replace the affected component, function-test the system and document the work before the unit returns to service.

Mobile emergency response

When the vehicle cannot come to us, we bring repair capability to the fleet.

Multiplicity operates service trucks and trailers to support on-site diagnostics, equipment replacement, wiring repair, generator service, RF troubleshooting and command-vehicle support at a fleet facility or incident location.

Our objective is simple: reduce downtime, identify the real problem and complete the repair in the field when site conditions, safety and parts availability allow.

Why Multiplicity

A higher standard of support for complex fleet vehicles.

01

Upfitter-level system knowledge

Our service approach accounts for the way aftermarket equipment, factory electronics, power distribution, control logic and vehicle hardware interact.

02

Shop and mobile capability

Vehicles can be supported in our facility or evaluated for field response based on urgency, location, safety, tools and parts requirements.

03

Mechanical, electrical, RF and power support

One service relationship can address the interconnected systems found in patrol, federal, K-9, command and specialty vehicles.

04

Built around fleet uptime

Clear triage, documented findings, functional testing and practical repair planning are used to move units back toward service.

Fleet service questions

Start with the concern. We will help define the path.

For the fastest triage, provide the vehicle year, make, model, unit number, location, symptoms, warning indicators and whether the vehicle is operational.

Our strongest advantage is supporting the vehicles and systems we build. We can also evaluate compatible police, federal, K-9 and specialty vehicles built by another provider. Serviceability depends on system condition, documentation, parts and manufacturer support.

Many electrical, equipment, RF, generator and diagnostic concerns may be candidates for mobile service. We first review the concern, location, safety conditions, required tools and likely parts to determine whether shop or field service is the best route.

Support may include heat-alert systems, hot-pop release, temperature sensors, ventilation, controller wiring, kennel equipment, warning outputs, firmware and complete operational testing.

Yes. Multiplicity can evaluate generator and onboard-power concerns as well as antennas, coaxial cable, connectors, grounding, radio power, interference and other RF-related issues in command and specialty vehicles.

Please include the agency or organization, vehicle year / make / model, unit number, VIN when available, current location, whether the vehicle can be driven, a detailed description of the concern and any photos, videos or fault messages.
